This month our chosen TED Talk aims to stimulate our thoughts around goal setting for the coming year ahead. Is there something you always wanted to do….but just haven’t yet? Matt Cutts says: Try something new for 30 days. He believes shorter goals are more sustainable. Want to lose a few extra kilos? Perhaps give up sugar or alcohol for 30 days. Some of these new experiences might just stick and become a way of life.
