Functional Fit Exercise Classes
Our Functional Fit Exercise Class is a well-rounded program combining general strength, conditioning and balance work with individualised exercise, designed for anyone managing an injury or functional restriction, or simply wanting to rebuild strength in a safe, supervised setting. Whatever your goal, it's tailored to you.
What happens in my initial appointment?
Before joining a class, you'll complete an introductory appointment with one of our physiotherapists. In this session, we will:
Discuss your goals and current functional capacity
Take baseline strength and balance measures
Guide you through the process into exercise
From here, we'll introduce you to the gym space and, when you're ready, transition you into our group classes.
Where and when are classes held?
Classes run in a small-group setting at Conscious Movement Collective, 32 Magill Road, Norwood — a fully equipped functional training gym located approximately 3km from Adelaide Sports Allied Health.
Tuesdays 10am
Thursdays 10am
Each class is structured and individualised, but supervised by one of our physiotherapists, so you're coached through every session with proper form and appropriate progression — never just handed a program and left to it.

What is the cost of Functional Fit Exercise Classes?
Casual: $30 per session
5-Class Pass: $140 (save $10)
10-Class Pass: $280 (save $20)
Classes are health fund rebateable. We accept all major health funds — simply quote item code 560 when checking your rebate eligibility.

Classes are held at Conscious Movement Collective, a fully equipped functional training gym. We recommend comfortable clothing and sneakers. Please bring a towel to wipe down equipment after use, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

To get the most out of the program, we recommend attending 2 sessions per week. If you're unable to commit to this, 1 class will still be of benefit. If you can't attend for any reason, simply give us a call to let us know, and we'll schedule you in for the next available class.

Yes — the classes are designed for all levels, from those who have never trained in a gym before through to more experienced exercisers. It's tailored to your individual needs and goals, which we'll discuss at your introductory consult.
