What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage is a complimentary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. It is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and help to speed up the body’s own healing processes.

Who is remedial massage for?

It is suitable for just about anyone! It can be used to help people with (but not limited to); Neck, shoulder or back pain, injury prevention, headaches, sports or other injuries, chronic pain, fatigue, stress management, anxiety or depression, general tightness and body maintenance, lymphedema and pre/post sporting event preparation/recovery.
