Here at Chiropractic at Magill we had a sugar free February. We all noted weight loss and energy gain. Not only did we target the obvious things such as chocolate, icecream and soft drinks we also targeted anything that had sugar in the top three ingredients.

If your not aware food packaging laws state that the food producer must list ingredients in order of their the proportion. So if sugar was ranked in the top three we avoided it. Things like tomato sauce and some salad dressings were all cut.
