Osteogenic Exercise Classes

Osteogenic exercise classes are offered to those clients who are aiming to improve their bone density, muscle strength, coordination and balance. These small group classes are led by Physiotherapists who tailor a program specifically for your needs.

Based on clinical research you will be guided through the key lifts of deadlift, over head pressing and squatting which are beneficial for building bone, muscle strength and coordination. Learning these movements safely and effectively will help your longevity throughout the lifespan and help build stronger bones as we age.

Small Group Exercise Classes

Our Adelaide Sports Practitioners run small exercise classes designed specifically for you. Whatever your goal is, we will provide appropriate exercise prescription, advice and technique refinement to ensure you are on the journey to better health and quality movement. We offer small exercise classes with an intent on providing specific feedback to every individual in our class.
