Deep tissue massage, dry needling, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, TMJ assessment and intra oral release, PNF stretching, exercise recommendations
Kirsty completed her Cert IV and Diploma at the Australian institute of fitness in 2017 and has been practicing remedial massage ever since. In her time as a remedial massage she has worked in both private practice and with a number of sporting clubs including Scotch OS women’s football team, Prince Alfred OC football club and Goodwood Saints Football Club.
Kirsty adopts a holistic approach to treatment, and will always take time to listen to your concerns and devise the best course of action for optimal lasting results. She enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients and has a keen interest in tension headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, tendinopathies, TMJ dysfunction (clenching/grinding), movement restrictions, growing pain, routine maintenance, stress management and pre/post event treatment.
Kirsty loves to help people to be able to feel and move to their best ability so they can do everything they want to do, regardless of their stage of life.
