Techniques used:
Manipulation (low and higher force), dry needling, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and advice, tongue tie soft tissue work.
Melanie qualified from Macquarie University with a strong interest in athletic performance and injury prevention, working closely with athletes of all levels. With a background as a nationally competitive tennis player, Melanie brings first-hand understanding of the physical demands, biomechanics, and mental demands of sport.
This extensive experience has naturally shaped Melanies clinical approach and led to working with many of Adelaide’s elite athletes. In addition to sports chiropractic, Melanie has undertaken training in tongue tie bodywork, allowing for a more holistic approach to care.
Melanie enjoys seeing a variety of different types of patients and working alongside other like minded practitioners to achieve sustainable outcomes.

To be able to play tennis when she’s older and run around with my grandkids (eventually).
