Exercise & movement therapy, soft tissue massage, dry needling, shockwave therapy (radial/focused).

Michael is a physiotherapist with a strong commitment to evidence-based, movement-focused care. He has a particular interest in exercise rehabilitation and functional strength training to support long-term recovery and performance. He takes an individualised, goal-driven approach to help each client restore optimal movement, reduce pain, and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Michael is passionate about empowering people through education and tailored exercise programs that promote lasting health and resilience. He loves helping people from all walks of life, from performance athletes to weekend warriors or those simply trying to move and feel better in everyday life.
