Bachelor Health Science - University of Adelaide, Masters of Chiropractic - Macquarie University

Manual and low force adjusting, Massage, Triggerpoint therapy, Dry Needling.
Sophie has spent her career working in private practice and believes that specific treatment focused on the individual patient results in the highest quality of care and most effective outcomes.
Sophie spent a number of years as a CAA- SA board member (alongside Sam Millard) supporting Chiropractic and Chiropractors in the community. She loves to travel and in 2006 went to Chicago to do a week intensive in CBP (Chiropractic Bio-Physics). Then in 2010, a Pediatrics Seminar in London. She has a strong interest in Mental Health and how this impacts our physical health (and vice versa) and is very focused on human behaviour (why we do what we do).
Sophie has been involved in human behaviour/personal development in both studying and guiding/ educating clients/patients in how the awareness of what drives us as humans can be used to improve our health outcomes. In 2022/2023, she completed the Psychedelics in Mental Health Practitioner training with Mind Medicine Australia.
Favourite way to move:
Regular walking at the beach, in the Adelaide Hills, The Botanic Gardens and Yoga.
Longevity goals:
Maintain Physical and mental energy and flexibility. Also be really, really, really, really, really good looking.
